Good food doesn't just hold body and soul together, but also makes for happy guests! So, we attach great importance to serving meals that are varied, healthy and of the highest quality.
Every morning you can look forward to our sumptuous breakfast buffet with local ham, cheese and cured bacon specialities. Choose from a selection of fresh breads and rolls alongside croissants, cake and seasonal fruits. In our organic section, you'll find a wide range of muesli, nuts and grains, together with fresh quark, yoghurt and milk. Tell us how you’d like your eggs – we are good at fulfilling wishes!
We’re happy to prepare a hearty packed lunch for you (by prior request). With a Kertess packed lunch you’ll soon be conquering the peaks of the Arlberg!
The culinary highlight for all guests is our daily gourmet dinner:
During the winter we serve a starter, soup, a choice of main courses, a wide choice of salads and cheeses from the buffet and a sweet dessert.
In summer we serve a starter and soup, a choice of main courses and a dessert. Once a week, we prepare for you a lavish buffet of traditional Tyrolean specialities.
We regard our cuisine as being of superior quality, combining international dishes with Tyrolean specialities. A vegetarian dish and a gluten-free dish are always among the choices (by request in summer), along with a meat dish and a fish dish. Our chefs are happy to prepare our kitchen's specialities, from fresh oysters to cheese fondue! Let yourself be seduced!
To accompany your meal, we serve a wide selection of fine wines from all over the world with a particular focus on young, Austrian wine makers.
