Reduction for children:

We always have 2 paying the full price, for the 3rd person is the reduction as followed:

0-4 =70% reduction; 5-9 =50% reduction; 10-18  = 30% reduction

Packages:

We have 6 rooms we can offer for the package prices. This prices are for double rooms, double use. For single rooms we charge € 77,00 extra. No groups allowed!

Conditions of cancellation:
A pre-payment of 3 days confirms the booking. To confirm your reservation we need a prepay, or your CC-details. number, expiration date and your guarantee number. With your confirmation you agree for a prepay of 3 days, minimum € 100,00.

Group reservations:

40% deposit 10 days after sending the confirmation. Final payment 35 days prior to arrival. All extras will be paid directly by guests on departure.

With your booking confirmation, you agree to all our terms and conditions.

For group applies: deposit always stay in the house!

For Individuals:
5.5, no later than three months before the arrival date of the score of
Accommodation contract without payment of a penalty by unilateral He-
be resolved declaration by the contractor.
 
5.6 Outside of the § 5.5. specified period is a unilateral withdrawal by
Statement by the contractor only on the following cancellation fees
possible: 
 
- 3-1 month before the arrival 40% of the total agreed price;
 
- Up to 1 week before the arrival 70% of the total agreed price;
 
- In the last week before the arrival date 90% of total package price.

Short Breaks:
See price list for up to 10 rooms, larger groups on request.

Internet cost: € 3.00 per day

Bathrobe: € 5.00 per day

Room change after the reference room: € 30.00

When a room is not paid directly upon departure we will charge 5% of room rate for administrative expenses.
